Great neighborhood, awesome flat corner lot in Nashua. Home hosts 2 Bedrooms, 3 baths, a ranch style home with attached 2 car garage - perfect one level living with a great back yard and deck. Pool is nonfunctional (see discloures) the Jacuzzi was working fine at sale but owner has never used it. The fence is owned by neighbor who is looking at repairing it.
